Radio presenter Vanessa Feltz could be replacing Jeremy Kyle with her own TV talk show, her fiance has hinted.
Posting a picture of Vanessa on her short-lived BBC series on Instagram, Ben Ofoedu wrote: ”The Vanessa Show. Mmmm… I wonder."
The 57-year-old has had her own show on two previous occasions, Vanessa on ITV and The Vanessa Show on the BBC.
The Jeremy Kyle show was taken off the air with immediate effect this week after guest Steve Dymond was tragically found dead following an appearance in a recent episode that had yet to be shown, the DailyStar reports.
Dickinson’s Real Deal is currently airing in place of the series but fans of Vanessa were quick to take to social media to share their excitement at the prospect of her replacing Jeremy Kyle.
“That’s exactly what we need!” wrote on fan with another adding "Shes one of the best in my eyes."
The rumours follow Jeremy Kyle breaking his silence over the incident that led to the cancellation of his show.
In a statement on Wednesday, he said: "Myself and the production team I have worked with for the last 14 years are all utterly devastated by the recent events."
He added: “Our thoughts and sympathies are with Steve’s family and friends at this incredibly sad time."
