Vanessa Feltz's ex gives cheeky response to her claim that she fakes orgasms

Vanessa Feltz's ex fiancé Ben Ofoedu has responded after the TV presenter admitted that she fakes orgasms.

Vanessa, 61, revealed last month the couple had split after 16 years together and Phats & Small singer Ben admitted that he had cheated on the This Morning agony aunt.

Ben, 50 has now responded after Vanessa dished out some advice on the Grazia Life Advice podcast. The broadcaster and former Celebrity Big Brother star said that sometimes "you've just got to fake it" in the bedroom.

Asked to reveal worst piece of advice she had ever been given, she said: "The worst piece of advice I've ever been given, and sexperts and relationship experts are forever peddling this advice, they always say you must never fake an orgasm because they say that if you do you're giving a false impression of what you like and don't like and you're not being authentic and you're not telling the truth.

"If you fake an orgasm, how will your lover or partner ever know what you really like? So they'll never, ever do it and I think that is the worst advice I've ever been given and I don't care who disagrees with me. Sometimes it is just rude not to fake it in my view."

She continued: "Sometimes, God love them, your partner is trying every trick in the book, they have been fiddling, twiddling and licking and flicking, they're whispering dirty words in your ear, they're massaging oil into your calves, there are scented candles, there is not one flipping thing they could possibly do that they're not doing, they're absolutely 10/10 for effort.

"I think on those occasions when you've suddently remembered defrosting the freezer, you've just taken your eye off the ball, you're mot concentrating and are never, ever going to orgasm, they could have plugged you into the socket, you still wouldnt.

"You've just got to fake it, it's only polite. It's like saying 'look, fabulous, I loved it. Everyone saves face and no one's embarrassed or ashamed and you never have to mention it again."

Vanessa made clear that she wasn't saying every time, but "fake it convincingly" when effort has been put in. Today (Tuesday, March 7) Ben shared a video clip of himself on his Instagram walking along a river.

Addressing the camera, Ben had a smile on his face as he asked cheekily: "Oh, so now you're faking it?" He then grinned and gave a chuckle before adding: "Have a great day."

Speaking out on Sunday, February 5 Vanessa told her followers that she was "shocked" and "incredibly sad" as she addressed the split. In a frank video message she said the trust had been broken in their relationship.

The following day Ben, who shot to fame as one half of the dance duo Phats &Small in 1998 with the massive hit Turn Around, shared a picture of a broken heart emoji on his Instagram Stories. Addressing the split Vanessa told her followers: "Well, I haven’t been on Instagram for three weeks and that’s because my relationship with Ben is over after 16 years and I honestly didn’t know what to say to you on Instagram."

She continued: "But now it’s clear that it’s over, and I really do feel that once the trust in a relationship is gone you really can’t get it back, and that’s what I’d tell anyone else to do."

Ben admitted he cheated on his partner in an exclusive interview with The Mirror. He said he had betrayed Vanessa's trust for a second time after she forgave him for cheating at the start of their relationship.

He shared how his fiancee forgave him after he had sex three times with an older woman but he insisted that the affair in Ibiza was "just sex – and a chore". But he then admitted that his relationship was finally over when he later 'sexted' one woman and 'flirted' with another.

He later said the abuse from the public over his split with Vanessa has made it the "worst three weeks of his life." "Next to the passing of my brother, I’ve had the most horrific three weeks of my life," he told the Mirror. "It’s been incredibly difficult. I’m not used to being attacked. The amount of abuse I’ve had, it’s unbelievable. People just tell me what they think. I’m silly to read it but I do."

He added: "I’m going through an incredibly painful break up. There’s so much pain to Vanessa, her family, me and my family. That’s my concern."
