Vanessa Feltz ignores ex's pleas to forgive him as she dances the conga with celeb pals

Vanessa Feltz ended the weekend in which her ex admitted cheating on her three times, by taking part in a conga line with celeb pals.

Ben Ofoedu, 50, confessed to sleeping with an older woman and many years later sexting another lady, leading to the pair splitting up after sixteen years together.

Vanessa has spoken of how the split left her devastated but she's determined to keep enjoying life, and put "my best foot forward."

And she's keeping to the pledge, as she was filmed by Brookside actress Claire Sweeney joining in a conga line at charity do for the Caron Keating Foundation.

The former Radio 2 presenter shared Claire's video on her own Instagram, and also a series of snaps from the evening, where she wore a sparkling pink dress.

The TalkTV host posed for a photo with panto legend Christopher Biggins, who wore a matching pink suit and glasses, and TV chef Allegra Benitah.

She also shared a phot of herself and Claire smiling at the camera at the glitzy bash.

Last weekend, Vanessa confirmed she and singer Ben had split up, speaking of her disappointment and sadness, but did not confirm the exact reason.

Yesterday, Ben confessed that he cheated to the Sunday Mirror.

He told how Vanessa forgave him after he had sex three times with an older woman.

Revealing the affair on the Spanish isle Ibiza for the first time, he said it was “just sex – and a chore”.

But his patched-up relationship with Vanessa was finally doomed when he later sex-texted one woman and flirted with another.

Vanessa kicked Ben out of their North London home and is now blocking his calls, he said.

Ben said: “I’ve broken her trust. She gave me another chance. I’ve gone and destroyed that.”

Admitting his shame, Ben says: “So many people have been hurt, not just Vanessa.

"I was so close to her grandchildren, her daughters, their husbands. We’re a close knit family.

“My family have been appalled by it as well. There’s been a lot of pain.

Last week Vanessa addressed the split during an appearance on This Morning, where she spoke of the enormous solace she has found in others' support.

“People have been amazing,” she said in the ITV studio. “Absolutely amazing and of course it helps a lot.

“I can’t sleep at all, so reading thousands and thousands of messages from lovely people on Instagram is something to do in the night.”

She added to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: “When you have to end a relationship it’s very hard. I’ve had what feels like millions of messages from so, so many people going through it.

“I wouldn’t want to minimise in any way what it’s like when you’re heartbroken. It’s horrible.”
