Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa has shared a heartbreaking photo of her husband and daughter, days after they died in a helicopter crash.
In what is her first public acknowledgement of the tragedy, Ms Bryant switched her Instagram account to public access and changed her profile picture to a sweet photo of Kobe and Gianna in an embrace.
The picture was taken at the 2016 NBA All-Star Game in Toronto, the last of Bryant’s 18 All-Star appearances.
Ms Bryant has not yet said anything publicly about her husband and daughter's death on Sunday.
Her account is full of photos of the couple and their four daughters.
Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter died in a fireball crash in the fog-shrouded Los Angeles hills.
The last of the victims’ bodies were recovered on Tuesday and coroner’s officials said the remains of Bryant, pilot Ara Zobayan and two other passengers have been identified using fingerprints.
Bryant was a five-time NBA champion who played for the LA Lakers throughout his 20-year career and was widely considered one of the sport’s greatest players.
Gianna was a rising basketball star in her own right.
