Vanderbilt, Anderson, Emory, Keiser men’s golf claim top spots final regular season Bushnell/Golfweek Div. I coaches polls

It’s a familiar spot for the Vanderbilt men’s golf team.

The Commodores have finished the regular season where they started it, in the top spot in the Bushnell/Golfweek Div. I Coaches Poll. Vanderbilt received 19 of the 20 first-place votes and 498 total points in this latest poll.

North Carolina, Arizona State, Illinois (which received the remaining first-place vote) and Texas Tech make up the rest of the top five.

Stanford, Florida State, Pepperdine, Georgia Tech, and Florida check in at Nos. 6 through 10.

San Diego State and Wake Forest joined the poll after not being ranked the last time out.

Anderson capped off its regular season with the program’s first-ever South Atlantic Conference Championship.

The Trojans are also the top team in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Div. II Coaches Poll after receiving 12 first-place votes and 396 total points.

Emory, the top-ranked team in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Div. III Coaches Poll, won all four of its spring stroke-play events.

The Eagles garnered all 17 first-place votes and 425 total points in this poll.

The Seahawks collected nine first-place votes and 297 points in all. Lindsey Wilson, the No. 2 team, earned three first-place vote).

NJCAA Division I

Hutchinson is the No. 1-ranked team in the latest NJCAA Div. I Coaches Poll.

The Dragons have also qualified for the NJCAA Division I National Championships for a 22nd consecutive time.

In this poll, the Dragons received three first-place votes, while New Mexico JC got two of them.

NJCAA Division II

South Mountain Community College went seven-for-seven in the 2023 spring campaign.

Now, the Cougars, based in Phoenix, sit atop the Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Div. II Coaches Poll after grabbing 47 points.
