Vandals trash Levenhall Links bird reserve in East Lothian

Vandals have trashed a nature reserve in East Lothian which supports vulnerable birds in the Firth of Forth.

Bird hides at Levenhall Links bird reserve, near Musselburgh, have been damaged in a series of incidents over the past few months. Rubbish and smashed bottles have also been strewn around the area.

East Lothian Council says wildlife has been disturbed by the repeated vandalism incidents, and offensive graffiti has also been painted on information boards.
