Vandals blasted as large Santa decoration at shopping centre ruined

Police are appealing for information after a Christmas display was vandalised in Motherwell.

Overnight on Saturday, November 16, into Sunday November 17, at Brandon Parade, a large Santa Christmas decoration was significantly damaged.

Officers have confirmed CCTV is being checked but are wanting the public’s help in a bid to catch the yobs.

Anyone with any information should contact Police on 101 quoting incident number 2098 of the 17th November 2019.

Alternatively contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where calls are free and anonymity will be maintained.
