Van smashed into car park company vehicle in apparent road rage incident - it was caught on camera

The moment a van smashed into a car park company vehicle in an apparent road rage incident was caught on camera.

The clip was filmed on Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Hill, on Sunday (December 22).

In the footage, the white van driver is seen reversing before accelerating towards the SIP vehicle.

The parked SIP van was forced into the path of oncoming traffic.

The white van then continues to smash into the side of the SIP vehicle in the middle of the road, blocking other drivers from passing.

The incident happened at around noon.

There were no reports of injuries.

Police were called, but no arrests have been made.

A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said: "Police were called at 1.10pm on Sunday, December 22, 2019 to a report of a road traffic collision involving two vans on Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester.



"Officers are aware of a video circulating online purporting to show the incident.

"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."

A spokesman for SIP said: "Everything is now being investigated by the police.

"Our employee's safety was our priority and he is okay."
