Van overturns after crash on residential street in Swansea

A van ended up on its roof after a crash on a residential street in Swansea .

South Wales Police were called to the crash involving the single vehicle on Gwynedd Avenue, Swansea, at about 3.30am on Sunday.

The van came to rest upside down in the middle of the road.

A police spokesman said the driver sustained minor injuries.

Officers closed the road in both directions from Cockett Road to Gwent Road while they waited for a recovery vehicle.

The road remained closed at 9am on Sunday morning.
