A Dublin van driver has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after driving on the Luas line while "having a jar".
When gardai caught up with the motorist of the blue van, they found an open cider can in his vehicle and arrested him.
The official Garda Traffic account said: "The driver of this van brings a whole new meaning to the term 'Rapid Transport' as he was driving on the LUAS tracks while having a jar!
"Arrested on suspicion of drink driving! Court proceedings to follow."
