A family-friendly beach party in Tynemouth will close this year's ¡VAMOS! festival.
The festival, held around Newcastle and Tyneside, celebrates Spanish and Portuguese speaking cultures across the North East.
Held between Friday July 12 and Sunday July 14, ¡VAMOS! includes a Mardi Gras parade through Newcastle City Centre, a picnic, film screenings, talks and art exhibitions.
A free to attend beach party at Tynemouth Longsands beach will close the festival on Sunday July 14.
There will be live music, DJs and street food.
Artists on the night include; Alx Alfaro and Isla Soledad live plus Djs Yersin Rivas, Coco Vega and Alex Alfaro.
The party starts at 6pm, with an 11pm finish time.
Festival director Nikolas Barrera said: "With the 12th edition of ¡VAMOS! we have tried to encapsulate all that has proven popular into our most vibrant line-up yet. From celebratory and community engaged street parades, high quality and eye-catching visual art, cutting edge music releases and finally, family friendly fiestas there really is something for everyone to get the ¡VAMOS! experience."
