Valentine's Day messages sent to loved ones from Defence Forces soldiers serving in Syria

Long distance love is never easy - especially if you are over 3,000 miles away in a war-torn region.

But our brave Defence Forces troops serving with the 60th Infantry Group in the Golan Heights in Syria made sure their love letters made it home in time for Valentine’s Day.

Here are a few messages from the heart...
