Valentine's Day 2021 supermarket dine-in deals from M&S, Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and more

With restaurants and bars closed in England, an at-home Valentine's Day celebration will be more popular than ever.

Luckily, the majority of supermarkets are offering a dine-in deal so lovers don't have to feel like they'll be missing out on a fancy dinner.

Most of the offers come with a three-course meal and a lovely bottle of fizz or a soft drink alternative.

Here are the dine-in deals on offer especially for February 14.

Morrisons

Price: £15

What's included: Morrisons has launched a £15 dine-in offer, which comes with one starter, one main, two sides, a dessert and either a drink or a box of chocolates.

There are vegan and meat options to choose from. For starters you can get garlic and cream mushrooms, or a vegan chorizo.

For mains tuck into steaks, salmon, beef Wellington or a veggie pasta bake.

Sides include chunky chips, a veggie medley, cauliflower cheese or dauphinoise potatoes.

Brownies, panna cotta, cheesecake and citron tarts make up the dessert options.

Lastly, either choose a bottle of booze or a box of chocolates to finish off the meal - red, white and rose wines, as well as prosecco and non-alcoholic drinks make up the options.

Tesco

What's included: Tesco has also launched a £15 offer for Valentine's Day, which includes a range of meat, fish, vegetarian and plant-based dishes.

It includes a starter, main, side, one vegetable accompaniment, a dessert and a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic alternative.

Flavoursome starters include the salmon and watercress tart and antipasti platter, whilst the popular plant-based Wicked Kitchen Crispy Garlic M’shrooms have been brought back for another year.

Romantics looking for something special can choose from a selection of new mains including the rump steak, which comes with a heart-shaped pink peppercorn butter to melt over it, and the plant-based Wicked Kitchen Wicked Wellingtons.

Choose from luxurious sides and vegetables including leeks, petit pois and savoy cabbage, creamy potato dauphinoise, or triple cooked chips.

Finish off your meal with a choice of decadent desserts, choose from raspberry and passion fruit cheesecake slices, or the plant-based Wicked Kitchen Chocolate Brownie - a gooey brownie topped with a rich chocolate ganache.

Sainsbury's

What's included: Seafood lovers rejoice as the scallop gratin is served elegantly and restaurant-style in its shell. Finished with a white wine and parmesan sauce, and cheddar crumb topping. For the ultimate cheese fan, the baked camembert is a great sharing option that’s sure to make you melt.

For a romantic twist on a champion’s main course, the sirloin steaks with heart-shaped butter is a novel way to declare your love this Valentine’s Day. If you don’t eat meat, fear not as the plant-based offering is just as enticing. Introducing Plant Pioneers vegan steaks - the ideal alternative.

When it comes to side dishes, why not pair your main with triple cooked chips? Or for a restaurant dish made easy, why not try the potato dauphinoise. As a lighter side, the green vegetable selection is a delicious accompaniment. .

Gu Zillionaire’s cheesecakes is for dessert, and there is a selection of wines and prosecco on offer to wash your meal down with.

If booze isn't your thing, opt for creamy truffles instead.

What's included: Co-op is launching its best ever Valentine’s Day meal deal for two people, with three-courses and fizz for just £15 – and there’s an option for vegans too.

Smoked salmon mousse pots, chorizo arancini, a vegan tart and an antiplasti platter make up the starter options.

For mains you can either get steaks, salmon en croute, chicken and pancetta melts, lasagne or a vegetable pasta bake.

Chunky chips, flatbread, mash potatoes, dauphinoise potatoes and a vegetable medley make up the side options.

Dessert choices include chocolate and orange tortes, melt-in-the-middle chocolate puddings, raspberry panna cotta, sticky toffee puddings and vegan brownies.

And there are wines and non-alcoholic drinks on offer to finish off the meal.

M&S

What's included: M&S is bringing back its popular Valentine's dine-in offer, where you can get a three-course meal, a bottle of fizz and chocolates for £20.

For starters choose from Coquilles St Jacques, cheese and leek tarts and a vegan mushroom pate.

Mains options include steaks, a rack of lamb, a vegan no-beef pie and pulled pork.

Sides include triple cooked chips, frites, and a selection of vegetables.

Cheesecakes, citron tartes, jellies and a cheeseboard make up the dessert selection.

A choice of red, white or rose wines, as well as fizz and booze-free drinks are also included in the deal.

Asda

Price: £15

What's included: Runny Scotch eggs, camembert, vegan duck-less spring rolls and prawns are the starter option choices.

While, lamb shanks, ravioli, scallops and prawns, steaks and vegan burgers are up for grabs for mains.

Sides include a range of vegetable dishes, cheddar mash, triple cooked chips and garlic bread.

Finish it off with a dessert - choices include toffee pots, panna cotta, dark chocolate puddings and a vegan raspberry ganache.

There's a choice of wines and soft drinks available.

Waitrose

What's included: Get a three-course meal and a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates for £20.

Tuck into garlic prawns, liver parfait or mushroom arancini for starters.

For mains, there are steaks, salmon, pork, lamb and pizza options.

You also get two sides - pick from potato gratin, a range of vegetable dishes, frites or salads.

There's a choice of tarts, vegan chocolate slices, praline hearts, cheesecakes or fruit for desserts.

White, red and rose wines, as well as prosecco, make up the drink options - or you can buy a box of Waitrose Luxury Chocolates instead.

Iceland

Price: £8

What's included: Get a main and two sides for less than £10 at Iceland, choose from either a sirloin or Aberdeen Angus rump steak, served with steak-cut chips and onion rings.

Although this is the cheapest dine-in currently on offer for Valentine's Day, it's worth noting that it doesn't include a starter, dessert or drink options.
