Crocked Vakoun Bayo has been named in Ivory Coast's Under 23s African Cup of Nations squad...despite facing potential knee surgery.

The Celtic hitman will see a specialist next week after undergoing a scan with Neil Lennon admitting the imposing striker could face an operation.

Ivory Coast manager Ibrahim Kamara said: "We have negotiated with a host of top European clubs to get permission to pick our best players for this important tournament.
