People wearing a form of hi-tech body suit with screens attached reading "get boosted" have hit UK streets.
The bizarre futuristic suits appeared in Liverpool city centre today (December 28).
The screens, which are propped up above the heads of those wearing them read "get boosted now" with the official NHS and Government logos on them.
The strange sight comes just after Boris Johnson confirmed there would be no further restrictions imposed before the end of the year to curb the rising cases of Covid-19.
He urged people to "continue to act cautiously" after 113,268 new positive cases were recorded on Christmas Day, and another 103,558 on Boxing Day.
In a series of tweets the Prime Minister said: "We will continue to monitor the data carefully, but there will be no new restrictions introduced in England before the New Year.
"However, I would urge everyone to continue to act cautiously given the rising number of Omicron cases.
"Most importantly I urge everyone to get their first, second or booster jab without delay to protect yourselves and your loved ones."
The screen-wearing people were spotted on Lord Street in the city, the Liverpool Echo reported.
The number of people who have received their booster in the UK is now approaching 32.5 million as the NHS pushes the rollout by offering appointments to as many people as possible.
Health Secretary Sajid Javid said: "Take a lateral flow test if that makes sense, celebrate outside if you can, have some ventilation if you can.
"Please remain cautious and when we get into the new year, of course, we will see then whether we do need to take any further measures, but nothing more until then, at least."
