Uttar Pradesh Police message in cyberia: Just dial 112 to make #TeriGalliyan safer

LUCKNOW: Known for its catchy messages of public interest often based on Bollywood spin-offs, the social media team of Uttar Pradesh Police has now come out with a new series of spoofs on another new release which has a tagline 'Heroes Don't Exist'.

The UPP Twitter handle created a flutter when it tweeted a redesigned poster of the movie with its own retort 'Heroes Do Exist’. The next line was ‘Ek Tha Villain’. The thread went on to belt out messages like 'Ensuring No Villain Returns, From Behind the Bars” and ‘Be Nobody’s #Villaintine’ …"

Another tweet said "...because the only sequel to crime is prison” and also “Dial 112 to make #TeriGalliyan safer”, which was after the film's chartbuster song 'Teri Galiyan...'. The film's actress Disha Patni and director-producer Mohit Suri responded immediately to these tweets, which had thousands of retweets and comments from the people.

Another message in the thread said "The #HeroesOfUPP ensure citizens safety & hunt down villains one by one. #NoVillainReturns. The UP Police has declared that no matter who the villain is, it will hunt every single one of them down."
