LUCKNOW: The UP government has sounded an alert on Zika virus infection in the state and issued an advisory after the first case was detected in Kanpur on Sunday.
As per an official order by director general, health and family welfare, Dr Ved Vrat Singh, all the chief medical officers have been told to keep a vigil on suspected cases while the lab at King George's Medical University has been roped in to conduct the tests.
