Slipknot are in Newcastle on Friday night and if you're planning on going along looking the part, you'll need to be aware of specific security rules in place at the Utilita Arena for the gig.

And one of them is all to do with masks!

They will be back at the Arena where they were previously supported by nu-metal pioneers Korn back in 2015 and tickets for the gig flew out as soon as they went on sale at the end of July.

The Iowa band have had number one records across the world in their 20-plus year career, and We Are Not Your Kind, their sixth album, won rave reviews.

If you were hoping to get to the gig but still haven't got round to getting tickets, the good news is that there are still some available online from Ticketmaster and in person from the arena box office. They are priced from £50 and VIP packages are also available.
