USC is turning to a freshman QB.

USC is leading Fresno State 17-10 at the half but they could be in a lot of trouble as starting quarterback J.T. Daniels suffered a right knee injury and it appears to be serious.

Daniels suffered the injury when he turned around and attempted to avoid a Fresno State sack. As he turned his back he was taken down and it is clear that the right knee is hurt as it is not to bend that way (the second video is the injury).

Daniels was immediately taken to the locker room and was unable to put any pressure on that right leg while getting help leaving the field. The fear is that he tore his ACL.

USC is likely turning to true freshman Kedon Slovis as he was seen warming up on the sidelines. This is troubling since quarterback Sears just entered transfer portal and is no longer on the team.
