Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt will take to the stage in London this summer for a live event reflecting on his record-breaking career.
The champion athlete, 39, will headline an in-conversation event for the first time at The O2 London on July 22 where he will speak candidly about the discipline and sacrifice that defined his career.
Bolt, known as “Lightning Bolt”, is hailed as the fastest man in the world and dominated the world of athletics for almost a decade.

The event will see Bolt speak in front of a live audience for the first time in his career.
He will discuss his legendary tenure in athletics which saw him win eight Olympic gold medals, 11 World Championship titles and three world records.
Despite retiring from the sport in 2017, the Jamaican runner still holds the world record for the 100m and 200m sprint – which were both set at the 2009 Berlin World Championships in athletics – as well as the fastest four by 100m relay.
Bolt ran the 100m sprint in 9.58 seconds, while his 200m record sits at 9.19 seconds, and he completed the four by 100m relay in 36.84 seconds.
The runner, known for his famous lightning pose, has since shifted his focus to his business ventures and philanthropy such as his Usain Bolt Foundation, which focuses on enhancing educational and cultural development for Jamaican children.
Tickets for the London event will go on sale on May 8 at 9.58am, as a nod to the running star’s 100m sprint record.
