Usain Bolt makes Manchester United prediction as he outlines Erik ten Hag's top priority

Manchester United have two key objectives over the next month as they seek to end Erik ten Hag's first season in charge in style.

The Reds have already lifted the Carabao Cup and although their Europen dreams were ended in the Europa League quarter-finals by Sevilla, United still have plenty to play for in the closing weeks of the campaign.

They will be aiming to secure a spot in the top four to bring Champions League football back to Old Trafford while an FA Cup final against neighbours Manchester City raises the prospect of another trophy. But it is ensuring they are mixing it with Europe's elite that should be the main goal, believes United fan and 100m world record holder Usain Bolt.

The Jamaican was at Old Trafford for Sunday's Premier League match with Aston Villa having also watched the FA Cup success against Fulham earlier this year. And the 36-year-old, who can see the good times returning under Ten Hag, wants to see Champions League football next season.

"For me, the top four is very important. We definitely want to win (the FA Cup final) but the top four is more important. We have been out of the Champions League for a while so getting back is very important," said Bolt, speaking to BeIn Sports

"For me, it has been a great season, the last time I was here I saw Ten Hag and I shook his hand and told him 'thank you' because we have been through a lot of struggles over the past couple of years so this is definitely a successful season.

"I think this is a turning point, he (Ten Hag) has brought life to the team. I know he is going to bring in new players over the summer and make the team a better team. I am excited to see us on the way up and winning more trophies."
