Two months into the new US TV season, the dust is beginning to settle and it's becoming clearer which of the new shows will survive the early cull.
Last week Studio-60-on-The-Sunset-Strip got a full series order from NBC, after days of frenetic it's-axed-oh-no-it's-not rumour and gossip.
More series pick ups this week: CBS sitcom The Class (Channel 4), Fox's Standoff (Sky One), NBC's Friday Night Lights (ITV).
Axed: Fox's Vanished (Channel Five).
