US President Donald Trump thinks our country is called Whales

US President Donald Trump is known for his blunders on social media and his latest is getting Wales mixed up with the warm-blooded animals that live in the sea.

In one of his infamous morning tweets he referred to Prince Charles as the "Prince of Whales".

He went on to add: "...call the FBI about these calls and meetings? How ridiculous! I would never be trusted again. With that being said, my full answer is rarely played by the Fake News Media. They purposely leave out the part that matters."

He was talking about his state visit to the UK last week when he met various members of the Royal Family and had an audience with Charles.

The President claimed he spoke to spoke to "foreign governments" every day.

People in Wales were quick to respond with one of them calling him an "utter moron".

Another said: "And the Duke of Dolphins...he forgot him."

The mistake must have been pointed out as he quickly changed the spelling to correct it.
