US: Not all school, mass shootings 'are treated the same'

In the United States, there have been almost 20 school shootings reported already this year where someone was hurt or killed.

The worst incident occurred in February, when 17 people were shot dead in Parkland, Florida.

But many more received barely any attention.

Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo went to Frankfort, Kentucky, where one such shooting took place, to find out why.
