US city of Detroit is new COVID-19 hotspot

Detroit has just become one of the newer infection hotspots in the United States.

President Donald Trump has approved a disaster declaration for Michigan - unlocking federal help for the state.

With more than 20,000 cases in the city, authorities are hoping to get patients into newly built field hospitals as soon as possible.
