US bombs Iran nuclear sites as Trump says facilities ‘completely obliterated’

  • President Trump announced that American forces conducted "mass precision strikes" on three Iranian nuclear facilities: Natanz, Esfahan, and the Fordow enrichment site.
  • The President described the airstrikes as a "spectacular military success," stating that the targeted facilities were "completely and totally obliterated."
  • The attacks used Tomahawk cruise missiles and GBU-57A/B "bunker-buster" bombs, with the latter dropped by B-2 Spirit stealth bombers.
  • President Trump issued an ultimatum to Iran, warning them to choose "peace" or face "tragedy" and "far greater" future attacks if they do not return to negotiations.
  • The strikes followed a week-long Israeli campaign against Iran's nuclear capabilities, with President Trump thanking Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for their efforts.
