US Attorney-General tells federal prosecutors they can investigate voter fraud claims, despite little evidence

US Attorney-General William Barr will allow investigations into alleged voting irregularities, after President Donald Trump claimed, without evidence, that there had been a conspiracy to skew the vote tally.
