Uri Geller claims on Good Morning Britain he made Theresa May Prime Minister and he can stop Brexit

Uri Geller appeared on Good Morning Britain and claimed he made Theresa May Prime Minister and that he has the power to stop Brexit .

Uri wrote an open letter to Theresa teling her that he was going to "stop you telepathically from doing this."

Appearing on GMB from Tel Aviv Uri explained how he had known the Prime Minister for years and that they had lived in the same village.

He then sensationally claimed a meeting with him had led to her becoming PM.

He said: "She came to my house and I took her to my garage, Winston Churchill's spoon was on the side and I bombarded her mind and said you are going to be Prime Minister.

"She laughed but then three years later she became Prime Minister."

Uri implored the British public to also send Theresa a message telepathically.

He said: "To all of you who are with me, if we concentrate together, if you're with me at 11:11am and pm just think the following "Theresa bring us to a second vote."

Piers said: "Some people watching this show will be thinking this guy born in Israel what has Brexit got to do with him."

But Uri hit back and said: "I have a British passport, I believe in the young people, the recession and economical chaos this will cause, Britain will be isolated from the entire world.

"But I'm not a miracle worker - I'm doing my best to make it work.

"Remember there are over 5 million signatures on the petition."

After chatting to Uri Piers summed up what the nation was thinking, saying: "If you thought Brexit couldn't get any madder - it just did."
