Urgent search launched to find 13-year-old boy missing from Paisley home

An urgent search has been launched by officers to find a 13-year-old boy missing from his home in the Paisley area.

Liam Perry was last seen yesterday (Saturday, September 19) at around 9pm in the town.

Police Scotland have now launched an appeal for anyone who knows where Liam is or have information about his whereabouts is asked to come forward and contact them to help with their enquiries.

A statement from police reads: "We are seeking the assistance of the public in tracing Liam Perry, aged 13 from the Paisley area.

"Liam was last seen about 2100 hours on Saturday 19 September 2020 and is described as 5' in height, short brown hair, brown eyes, slim build. Liam was last seen wearing jogging trousers and a t-shirt.

"Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Liam is asked to contact the Police by calling 101 quoting incident number 4707 of 19/09/20."
