Concerns are mounting for an East Kilbride man who vanished three days ago.
Gavin Laidlaw was last seen at around 8.30am on Monday, May 22, near to Kittoch Street in the South Lanarkshire town.
The 46-year-old is known to frequent East Kilbride town centre and the Blantyre area.
Police have been carrying out 'significant enquiries' to locate Gavin and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
He is described as a white male, 5 foot 6, slim build with short greying hair with grey stubble and is thought to be wearing a black top and black trousers.
Sergeant Gary Mackie, from East Kilbride Police Station, said: "Officers have been carrying out significant enquiries since Gavin was reported missing but so far he has not been located.
"We wish to appeal to anyone who may be able to provide any information regarding Gavin’s whereabouts or potential sightings that will assist us in tracing him. Gavin is known to frequent East Kilbride town centre including the shopping centre.
"I would also ask Gavin himself to get in contact with friends, family, support services or police."
