Police have issued an urgent search for a missing teenage boy.
Andrew Baird, 16, vanished from the Forfar area at around 4.30pm yesterday evening.
He was last spotted in the Reid Park area of the town.
Andrew is described as 5ft 7 of slim build with brown hair.
When last seen he was wearing a black leather jacket, sandy coloured camouflage trousers, a black hooded sweatshirt, dark green walking boots and carrying a navy 'Superdry' backback.
A Police Scotland statement reads: "If anyone has seen Andrew or has any information that can assist the police in tracing him can they contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 3205 of the 03rd October 2020."
