Urgent search for missing Scots man as concern grows for welfare

Police are urgently trying to trace a missing Scots man from Dundee as concern grows for his welfare.

Ceillem Stewart has been reported missing from the city and was last seen in the Stobswell area around 11.30am on Monday, April, 3.

The 25-year-old is described as being around 5ft 8 inches tall and of heavy build, with short dark brown hair, a beard and moustache.

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for his health and wellbeing and are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to get in touch.

Inspector Lesley McDonald said “As time passes we are becoming increasingly concerned for Ceillem’s health and wellbeing.

“I am appealing for anyone who has seen Ceillem or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.

“Additionally, I would appeal to Ceillem himself to contact us if he sees this so we can ensure he is safe and well.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting 1677 of 3 April, 2023.
