Urgent search for missing Kirkstall man with serious health and mobility issues

Police are searching for a missing Kirkstall man with serious health and mobility issues.

West Yorkshire Police issued an urgent appeal to locate Seamus (James) McLoughlin, of Kirkstall, in Leeds, on social media this morning (July 5).

Seamus is described as a white male with grey hair and glasses and is 6ft tall.

He was wearing a straw hat and beige jumper, and had been on a blue mobility scooter and carrying crutches.

The West Yorkshire Police statement said: “Appeal to urgently locate missing Seamus (James) McLoughlin from Kirkstall, Leeds.

“Seamus has serious health and mobility issues.”
