Urgent recall issued for cheese product sold in Tesco, Dunnes, SuperValu and more

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a recall for a popular cheese product sold in supermarkets across Dublin.

The July 7 recall for Roma's 'Formaggio Da Pasta' was issued due to the potential presence of mould. The batch affected is 80g tins with a best before date of 05/05/2023.

Point-of-sale recall notices are on display in affected supermarkets across the country and customers can avail of a full refund if they choose to bring back the product. The FSAI said: "Valeo Foods is recalling the above batch of Roma Formaggio Da Pasta due to the possible presence of mould.
