Urgent police search as Leeds woman Bethan Topley goes missing from St James' Hospital

An urgent search has been launched by police to find a Leeds woman who has gone missing from hospital.

Bethany Topley was last seen in St James' Hospital at around 11pm on Monday night before disappearing.

West Yorkshire Police have issued an urgent appeal for information on Bethany's whereabouts with the force releasing a picture of her and details of clothes she was wearing at the time she went missing.

A tweet by police said: "Missing - Bethany Topley from Leeds. Last seen at St James’ Hospital 23:00 hours on 1/3/21.

"We are concerned for her safety and wish to locate her. She is wearing a grey hooded top and dark jeans."

Anybody who has seen Bethany is being urged to call police on 101 quoting log number 1853 of March 1, 2021.
