Urgent police appeal for Ayr woman missing for three days

Police are appealing to the public to help find a missing Scots woman, last seen three days ago.

Catherine Pollock was last spotted on Ayr High Street on March 24 with another unidentified woman.

Her family have not heard from her but believe she may still be in the Ayrshire area.

Catherine, 37, is described as white Scottish, 5ft 5ins tall with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Chief Inspector Brian Anderson, Area Commander for South Ayrshire, said: “We are keen to ensure the safety of Catherine given the amount of time she has went without contacting her family”.

“I would encourage Catherine to get in touch with police, even by telephone, to let us know that you are safe”.

“If anyone has seen Catherine or you were that unidentified female on Ayr High Street I would also ask that you get in touch”.

Anyone who has any information on Catherine’s whereabouts, is urged to contact officers at Ayr Police Station via 101 quoting incident number 0906 of 25th March 2020.
