Children found after reports they were seen 'walking around a town centre alone'

Two young children who were were reportedly seen on their own in Port Talbot this morning have been found by police.

The two boys aged around four or five-years-old were seen walking in the Water Street area without any adults present.

Officers carried out enquiries in the area and issued an urgent appeal to find the missing children.

Police have now confirmed that the two children have been found safe and well.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "We received reports from the public that two boys aged around four to five-years-old were seen walking in the Water Street area this morning with no adults present."

They followed that up with "UPDATE: The children have been found safe and well. Thanks for your retweets".
