Urgent appeal to find missing teen who disappeared from shopping centre

Police are appealing for help to find a teen who went missing from a shopping centre in Tameside.

Ali Gajum was last seen at the Crown Point shopping centre in Denton at around 5.30pm yesterday (Monday).

The 16-year-old, from Rusholme, is described as being of medium build, with short black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black coat over a grey hooded jumper, black coloured tracksuit bottoms with distinctive white flashes on the thighs and grey trainers.

He was last seen carrying a black backpack, police said.

In a statement, GMP said: "Ali may be in the Denton area and we're keen to ensure he's safe and well."

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 0161 856 4275.
