Urgent appeal to find a missing Stockport man who has Down's syndrome

UPDATE: Police say Nazamt has now been found.

Police have issued an urgent appeal to find a missing man who has Down's syndrome.

Nazamt Ali is missing from the Wellington Road North area of Stockport.

Police say Nazamt does not have any road sense and would struggle to cross roads. 

He is 5ft 7in, Asian, has stubble, black short hair and is wearing a stripy hat with bobble on it, a blue hoody, black puffer coat and blue joggers.

He is carrying a blue backpack.
