Missing 'high risk' girl, 14, last seen in south Manchester found safe and well

UPDATE: Monika has now been found safe and well, police have said.

A missing 14-year-old girl last seen in Manchester has been found safe and well.

Monika from West Yorkshire had been declared "high risk" and had not been seen since the last sighting of her on Greenbrow Road in Wythenshawe on Tuesday, August 10.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) had urged anyone who may have information about her whereabouts to contact them..

On Wednesday (August 18), GMP confirmed she had been found safe and well.
