Urgent appeal launched for missing school boy in East Lothian as concerns grow

Police in East Lothian have appealed to the public to help trace a 14-year old boy who has been reported missing from Dunbar.

According to officers, Jay Parsons was last seen on Thursday after he left school, but has not been seen or heard from since.

Jay left Dunbar Grammar School at around 3.30pm, with anyone who may have any information on his whereabouts urged to come forward.

He has been described as being mixed race with a pale complexion, short dark hair and is around five foot two.

When he was last seen, Jay was wearing a Kangaroo Poo jumper with a skull design on, as well as a white shirt, grey trousers and plain black converse.

Today (Friday September 18), police in the area launched an appeal to help find Jay as soon as possible.

Anyone with information should contact 101 quoting Incident number 2906 of 17th September 2020.
