A Grangemouth family have been left devastated after their pet dog vanished from a popular local tourist spot at the weekend.
Angus, the Westie, ran off from The Kelpies on Saturday February, 27 and hasn't been seen since.
His owner, Susan Docherty, has taken to social media in an urgent appeal to find the pooch.
In the post she said: "Angus has gone missing over The Kelpies.
"He ran off at the multi-coloured huts at the basin. If you are over there keep an eye out for him.

"He is a Westie with a red tartan collar and wearing a Julius harness.
"Please if you are in the area keep any eye open.
"Angus is friendly but does not like getting lifted and would run away from you if he felt threatened so caution on approach."
