Police are appealing for help to find a missing teenage girl who was last seen leaving a school.

Hadel Hanoun was last seen on School Lane in Didsbury at around 6pm yesterday (Saturday). Police said the 13-year-old was last spotted leaving The Barlow RC High School.

She is described as being black, of slim build and around 160cm tall. She was last seen wearing a black head scarf, black coat and black trousers and was carrying a black bag, officers said.

A picture of Hadel was shared on the Greater Manchester Police Facebook page today (Sunday) in an appeal for help to find her. Officers said they are 'becoming increasingly concerned' about her.

"We want to make sure she is safe and well", the post added.

Anyone who has seen her, or who has any information, should call 0161 856 6049 or report it online or via LiveChat at https://crowd.in/vby9Jc.
