Urgent appeal after 'high risk' teenager goes missing - anyone with information should call 999 immediately

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a 'high risk' missing teenager from Sale.

Liam Shaw, 16, was last seen at around 11.30am on Sunday (December 27) at his home in Brooklands.

Officers are urging anyone with information to call 999 immediately.

Liam white and has long, blond shoulder-length hair. He is of slim build.

Liam is thought to have been wearing a black tracksuit with a white strip down the leg, a black shiny puffa coat, black trainers and a black women's tote bag.

Police have released a photograph of the teenager and are asking the public to keep a look out for him.

A spokesperson for GMP said: "High risk missing 16-year-old Liam Shaw who was last seen around 11.30am this morning at his home in Brooklands.

"Described as M/W 1.72 long dyed blond shoulder length hair, very slim, wearing black tracksuit with white strip down leg, black shiny puffa coat, black trainers and a black ladies tote bag.

"If sighted please call 999 and quote log 2389 27/12/20."
