Upset Zoella fans claim YouTube star's branded merchandise failed to arrive in time for Christmas

Millionaire internet sensation Zoella has left fans dismayed after they said gifts from her website failed to arrive for Christmas.

The lifestyle guru, whose YouTube videos have been viewed more than 800million times, launched merchandise range Sugg Life last month with her brother Joe Sugg.

Zoella, 26 – also known as Zoe – is a global star with more than seven million Twitter followers, thanks to her video blogs offering tips on fashion, make-up and relationships.

But disgruntled buyers from her online store, SuggLifeShop – which sells items including T-shirts, phone cases and calendars – have tweeted of their frustration, claiming gifts failed to turn up for Christmas.

Some say they placed orders within hours of the site opening on December 9 but have yet to receive anything.

One student ordered a £19.94 Sugg Life T-shirt for her boyfriend’s 13-year-old sister.

She said: “They have taken our money but failed to honour our orders.”

Another customer tweeted: “I had a disappointed daughter at Xmas.”

One customer posted: “This is really annoying. My hoodie isn’t going to be coming any time soon.”

And another wrote: “This is so disappointing.”

A spokesman for the merchandise company behind Sugg Life said: “All orders were dispatched from the warehouse on time.

"Any delays from there are, unfortunately, beyond our control.”
