Update to Nottingham tram services as schools open up for all children

The operator of Nottingham's tram network has confirmed its services will change when children return to school from Monday, March 8.

NET services will be back to their full quota from next week with trams running up to every seven minutes.

They had previously been operating on a Sunday service throughout the week due to the Covid lockdown.

Now, trams between 6am and 7am will be every 15 minutes.

From 7am to 9pm they will be every seven minutes and then back to every 15 minutes between 9pm and 12midnight.

A tweet from NET said: "From Monday March 8, we will be returning to our normal frequency, with trams running from every 7 minutes."
