Update on motorbike crash which left two men seriously injured

Two men remain in hospital with serious injuries following a crash involving a motorbike in Fishponds.

Police are appealing for any possible witnesses who saw the collision, which took place between an off-road style motorcycle and a silver Citroen Picasso, to get in contact.

Avon and Somerset Police say the crash happened at the junction of Fishponds Road with Alcove Road at about 4.15pm yesterday (Sunday, July 12).

The two men on the motorbike - aged 18 and 21 - remain in hospital with serious injuries as a result of the collision. No one else was hurt.

A police spokesperson said today (Monday, July 13): "Police are appealing for any possible witnesses to a collision between an off-road style motorcycle and a silver Citroen Picasso to come forward.

The collision caused the road Fishponds Road to be closed for several hours and significant delays in the area.
