A dedicated Canberra Raiders fan has proven her commitment to the team with a Raiders-themed Canberra Milk tattoo.
Rachael Lizars will sport a picture of the lime-flavoured milk carton on her ankle through the team's historic highs and current lows, despite being lactose intolerant.
The Australian Red Cross Lifeblood nurse admitted it was a hard time to be a Raiders fan, but that hadn't stopped her heading to the tattoo parlour.
"Is it ever not a hard time to be a Raiders fan?" she said.

Inspired by the 50-year Canberra Milk anniversary, Ms Lizars got her new ink just under a fortnight ago.
"The Raiders lime milk is so nostalgic for me," she said.
"Even though the boys aren't doing well, I still wanted to show my commitment to supporting the team."
The born-and-bred Canberran said she had always been a Raiders fan and was at their last grand final in 2019.
Ms Lizars said the tattoo artist, at Outkast Tattoo Co in Braddon, who had drawn her piece had promised to design a whole sheet for fellow fans.
But while she hasn't grown out of Canberra Milk's lime-flavoured milk, she said this season's edition didn't quite stack up.
"I still drink it but this year's one isn't as good as the 2011 version," she said.
"It's definitely an ode to the Raiders though - I am lactose intolerant."
Despite the unlucky run, Ms Lizars hadn't quite given up hope for victory in 2021.
"If they win at the end of the year I'll get another one," she said.
