Bristol City are set to win the race to sign Kasey Palmer.
The attacking midfielder is set to return to the Robins after previously playing on loan from Chelsea during the second half of last season.
It is a boost for the Robins, who have beaten competition from Swansea City for Palmer's signature.

City Fan Number One: Realistically, still need a striker and a CB of Adam Webster goes and Palmer signs. Just unsure on how Kasey, Jamie and Sammie all fit in. Surely one or two of them will be missing a lot of game time. And I don’t think Palmer wants to be on the bench like last season.
