Love Island's Adam Collard has undergone a dramatic body transformation.
The reality star, who appeared in the third season of the dating show, shared a picture on Instagram of his ultra-athletic figure - and he's not the only Islander to have turned his hand to a super-fit lifestyle.
There seems to be a trend among former Love Island contestants, one that sees the TV personalities displaying a sporty life, and Adam is the latest to follow the fashion.
Stars including Dom Lever, Joshua Ritchie, Rykard Jenkins and Lauren Richardson all look completely different to when they appeared on the ITV2 reality TV show.
Adam Collard
The 25-year-old, who was dumped before reaching the show’s final, has been very vocal on social media about his training programs and his ambassadorship with fitness brands.
Adam was already fit when he entered the Love Island villa in 2018, but has proved that consistency pays off as he showed his six-pack in a photo taken in front of Newcastle gym, Sculpt Fitness HQ.
He wrote in the caption: “Come & join the movement.
“Sculpt your body, mindset & fitness levels on the daily with expert coaching & support.”
The Instagram post, which received nearly four thousand likes, was promoting his training and nutrition programme.
Dom Lever
The day before Adam revealed his new machine-like body to his 973,000 followers, another ex-Islander also revealed that he had been leading a healthier life.
Dominic Lever, better known as Dom, showed that he picked bicycling up as a hobby.
In a series of Fashionva Man-sponsored Insta-pics, Dom was fitted with professional-looking sports gears while riding his bike.
He wrote in the caption: "Call me Lance Armstrong."
The 30-year-old former Islander was known to the public for his clean-shaven babyface.
He now looks unrecognisable as he has grown a full beard since.

Joshua Ritchie
Adam and Dom are not the only former Islanders who have undergone significant changes.
Joshua Ritchie, who famously dated Charlotte Cosby after finishing in third place in the first series of ITV’s popular show, has seen his physical appearance mature a lot.
The 26-year-old reality star was only 21 when he first appeared in the villa and had not grown into the athletic body he is showing off nowadays on social media.

Rykard Jenkins
Rykard Jenkins, 30, has also grown bigger muscles seen participating in the second series of Love Island.
He often posts videos and pictures of himself hitting the gym as he works hard to main his buff new physique.
On his series of Love Island he coupled up with Rachel Fenton and quit the show early with her, but they later broke up.
Kem Cetinay
Essex-boy and winner of season three, Kem Cetinay, made a complete 360 when he swapped his long slicked hair back for a chic updo cut while looking as serious as ever.
He was coupled up with Amber Davies but the couple split after just a few months, though he recently teased a reunion between them.
Lauren Richardson
The male contestants aren’t the only Islanders who have changed their appearances.
Lauren Richardson, from the first season, has followed in the footsteps of many influencers and has become a Herbalife ambassador.
The 32-year-old ex-Islander who finished in third place has been sharing gym selfies and her fitness progress in photos on Instagram.
She has kept a pretty low profile since leaving the show, mostly staying out of the spotlight and opting not to do more reality TV.
Laura Anderson
Season four’s blonde bombshell contestant Laura Anderson, 32, has been living her best life since leaving the villa and recently moved to Dubai.
The former Islander has ditched her long blonde hair for a more natural, darker look and shorter cut.
Chyna Ellis
Chyna has turned dyed her light blonde locks dark brown, making her look like a different person.
She appeared on the third series of Love Island back which aired back in 2017.
Chyna arrived in Casa Amor and went back into the villa with Kem, who at the time was coupled up with Amber.
But their romance didn't last and he soon returned to Amber.
Zara McDermott
Season 4’s Zara McDermott has also hopped on the fitness train, as she has been sharing various photos of herself in gym clothes as she has been showing her toned figure off on Instagram.
After leaving Love Island, she went on to date Sam Thompson, who she's starred on Made in Chelsea with.
She came under fire last year after she admitted to cheating on Sam, but he has since forgiven her.
